In order to run this process,following values must be inputed in the first process form. 1. VIPConfigFile--the path of VIP.properties,should be a valid path,such as "D:/VIP.properties"; 2. customerPhone--the customer' phone number; 3. servicePhone--the service provider' phone number(default value:"4008980001")

If the inputed customerPhone is in the VIP.properties,this customer is a VIP,otherwise you can apply for VIP by phone number,memberID, identityID or you can continue to validate your VIP by using memberID and identityID in the VIP.properties.
