Determine the start of a task

Hello

I need your lights again.
I want to determine the start and end of a task in order to know how long the task has been used for statistics.
Knowing when the task is finished is not complicated (file log, timeline) but knowing the time when actor launched the task is what I fail to do.
Would he have a way to get that information?

Actors don't launch Tasks, they launch Cases. So start with Case and Archived Case, for more granular information you can then go down to Task and Archived Task,
