Allocate task to all member of a group or role

Hello,

Can you help me with following question? How can I mange in community version the following business situation?

I would like to ensure that, besides the main flow of a process, each member of a group is getting a task when the main flow has been initiated. I would like to do this within Bonita and not by sending a mail. Main purpose of this, that all member of the group has to push an "OK" button and I would like to control this part besides the main process itself to ensure that nobody can claim that they were not advised that the process is running. That is the reason, why e-mail is not an option. My current challange is that when using actor mapping on lane level than the following happens. When a group member finishes the task that task itself disapperas from all other that has the same role. This is exactly that what I would like to avoid t6o ensure that each and every member of the same group is notified.

did you tried with multi instantiated tasks ?

This one is the BEST answer!

Hello, I think that multi-instantiation is what you are looking for. This would allow you to have multiple instances of the same task, that you need to assign to different group members then. You can search for other answers on the same topic, here is one that I was able to find quickly. Hope this helps, Haris
