As the Title ,The default user/psw is what . walter.bates/bpm is incorrect .

Hello, you could give us a little bit more information about the version and edition you use, and if you are installing a bundle (server installation) or using only Studio. I will assume that you did a server installation. In that case, you can see what are the first steps after installation in our documentation here (default credentials for tenant administrator are install/install). Hope this helps, Haris
