How to add a Connector like attachmenttofilesystem

hello,

i have found a connector which can save attachments easily. http://community.bonitasoft.com/project/attachmenttofilesystem

i have downloaded the jar-file and added with menu Development->Manage JAR-Files. Then i have refreshed the Connector-Repository.

But i dont see the connector in the List of the connectors.

What is the error? I have forgotten something.

This one is the BEST answer!

Forgotten something No, but I don't think you saw the copmpatability notice this doesn't work with 6. It is only compatible with 5...

Like I said - if this is urgent - I used OpenKM which has 6.x Connectors...

But the connector from openKM will not work with alfresco or cmis? i will not change the dms and hope to find a solution for many systems.

Hi,

just been looking at Alfresco - didn't know they actually "owned" Activiti BPM Suite.

And this could now be a problem for people wanting to use Alfresco 5.x with Bonita in that Connector development from Alfresco may not happen because they want people to use their BPM suite.

The only way I think this will now happen is if either Bonita do it...short term this might or might not happen, or someone forks the 4.2 connectors and creates a version 5 set of connectors and publishes them.

As to why CMIS isn't working - That's a basic standard that should work and hopefully Bonita will look at getting this to work correctly. Maybe add a bug to the buglist stating as a standard this should be "Bonita's" to own rather than say an Alfresco or OpenKm connector which are specific.

I'm busy right now and don't really have that level of knowledge...Anyone else?
