How to check state of each task and re-assign if needed in Bonita 6.2

Hi All,

Step 1. I have created a multi-instance task. Step 2. Let suppose I have created three instance of task and assigned it to three different user through multi-instance task. Step 3. Now manager want to check the state of each task. And if any of the user has not picked up the task then he should have the ability to re-assign the task to some other user. Can you please help me how do I achieve this in Bonita 6.2 ?
