Integrating BPM

Hello,

My company has just started working with BPM, and we're trying to decide how far to take it. We work with ConnectWise and VISP, and we're wondering if anyone else has ever integrated Bonitasoft's BPM with either of these programs with any success. Any input is helpful.

Hello Elizabeth,

One of the key feature of Bonita Engine is the concept of connector. You can basically connect the Bonita Process to any third application by writing a custom connector in Java or use one provided with the product - by example the web Service connector. In the case of ConnectWise, it looks like they're providing a Web Services APi. So you should be able to interact with ConnectWise from the process by using the Web Service connector.

About VISP, I don't know this product so I'm not sure what will be the best way to interact with this product.
