problem with running with two pools

I have a process with two pools; when I run the process, In the inbox there is only one pool and in the second pools there is not task to run. what is the problem?

Hello, each pool represents a process. You can start only one process at a time. If you do it from the Studio, you will start the one that is selected. In order to start an instance of the other process (if it needs to be started manually), when you are in the Portal, you can go to Apps menu, find your other process and click on the Start button on the right-hand side.
