I want to start a process automatically (with an event Mail notification) after that the user login in Bonita Portal to start the first human task of the process... Any Idea?

OK you get an email...but where does the email go to? As asked by dyum, does it go to the user email box, or somewhere else?
Why does the process have to start automatically if the first thing the user does is log on to complete the task?

You assume people know what a "drainage management process" is, and what rotations you want, and where do cars come into this?
You have to be more specific about what you are trying to do, for example
I have X, the process is A, B, C, D. I have interfaces to 1, 2, 3 which send emails to A, D. How do I model this scenario?
By doing this you may help to clear your thinking on what it is you want to do, then we can help with some of the more technical stuff...
