autoLogin for SYSTEM actor

Still using 5.9.1 I have created a process that throws a message event. This event get catched by another processes (start message event) that sends out an email with a url to its first task to a user who should fill out a form through autoLogin. (url ends with autoLogin=true) However the second process seems to be started by the SYSTEM actor while the autoLogin tries to log in as Initiator. Therefore an Acces denied message is displayed on screen and it prevents the user to see the form. I have only used the Initiator actor selector and set the auto-login in the process for both Initiator and SYSTEM but so far withour luck. How do i set up my process in a correct way?
