Interesting because when I click the https://bonita.atlassian.net link I'm asked to sign in so I can create a bug.

Oh, I see what you mean. You can however sign-in and create a bug...

However there isn't a Solution and it must be looked at by the team, you need to report it as such, by opening a bug report. Especially if you are using the latest version of Bonitasoft.

If you want me to do it for you please make your exported Bizagi process available via a share so I can load it into the reporter, and then the team will have a look.

I'd add that importing Bizagi BPMN 2 files that references sub-process breaks the reference as import can be done only one file at a time.

Could Bonitasoft provide some way of importing more than one file (say, in a folder) so that it could evaluate references to sub-processes and - even by reissuing new IDs according to its own way - keep the links between sub-processes in different diagram files that were exported?

I think the evolution of the import feature you requested is totally valid. I suggest to use the Jira project dedicated to product feedback to report it.

Note that it would be useful to provide some .bpmn files in the feature request report to provide inputs to test the feature in case the request find is way in product roadmap.
