file Download/Upload example

Dear All
I have imported the file-upload-download example to Bonita 7.3 and it was working correctly. Is it possible that i monitor the task list or Task Id for each user outside the Bonita portal?in fact, I need to save them in a file . how can I monitor the task list when the browser does not refresh or minimized?

Write some external code to read the database directly and write them to a file. Execute every 5 minutes?

Or create a Service Process that does the same thing? And then restarts itself every 5 minutes...

ok, I am new in BonitaSoft, is it possible give me a script or anything else that access to the database? I don't know where the database is. any help is accepted. if I have a script, I can configure it in crontab in Linux or task scheduler in windows.please help me.
