How can I show more in the case-list in the UserXP

For the user is the case-list not realy useful. If they wan't to see the status of a case they are not able to find the right case, because all cases with the same process-definition have the same name. Only the Id is different. How should a user know, which is the case he want's to call.

Many thanks for your reaction, but I believe, your answer will not help me really. My question is, how can the user find the right case, when in the case-list exists of a list with allway the same title. For seeing the process-comments he has to choose a special case. It could not be the solution that the user has to click trough all cases and look to the comments until he will find the right one. And on the first click only the last comments are shown. When the process is advanced you have the click several times to see the first comment.

Personally i would question why cases are left hanging, though thinking about it I can understand some may be necessary.

In this case I would use the Comments of the case, you can update them through the API.

Look for addProcessComment (7.x)
