It will be in both, and you will have to recompile the whole of the Bonita Suite...probably.
The Description should be a short piece of text only really.
The way I use it is I use the Task text to introduce the task, and use the Pool Form to describe the whole process. If you need more for the task text you can use the task form with a text variable and read the text from a file/database field.
