Invalid entry from mapping. Other mapping have the same name but have different id in review manager.

Hi,

As I can see that there is only one task, which doesn't depend on any other tasks, You can create a new form, with never existed formName within your bonitaStudio.

Perhaps when you try to run the process several copies of one form are opened in UI Designer.
Close the forms and run the process...

unfortunately closing the forms doesn't solve the errors. I still get the same errors.

Looking at this there is a dependency between the pool (test) and the task (review). i would look at every piece of data you have to isolate which one is causing a problem...

Are you able to share the process so we can have a look?
