Jasper connector in Bonita 7.2.4

Hi,

I encountered the following problem when running process that I update using Bonita BPM Studio version 7.2.4. Initially, this process was created using Bonita BPM Studio version 6.3.7. I never encountered such problem before updated it.

I create a report using Jaspersoft Studio v5.6.2.Final and importing jar file custom-jasper-impl-1.1.0 into Bonita. The process sucessfully run in the portal but when it reach the task for creating report, the process does not proceed and stay in the open task. Is the Jaspersoft Studio v5.6.2 compatible with Bonita 7.2.4? Have anyone face this kind of problem

What types of task are they?

Is there anything in the Logs?

I'm having trouble getting my jasper connector working too, I tested at the Jasper Studio and it worked normally, did you get your jasper connector working?
