Next task appearing for wrong person

Hello,

I am very new to this software and I have created a very basic workflow system.

Basically what I have created is a request form to be completed by helen.kelly, in which william.jobs will need to approve this request form.

I have designed it so that if william has either confirmed or rejected the request, the next process/task will be completed by helen. However this is not the case, once I approve the request with william the next tasks (all which have been assigned to helen) are available for william to complete.

And when I log out as william and login as helen, nothing is displayed.

Any help or advice would be appreciated

Version is 6.2.2

Hi fhutcha,

How many actors do you have on pool level (click on pool, goto general tab, actors section) ? Are you using lanes ? How are your lanes actors configured (click on lane, goto general tab, actors section) ? How many task do you have (are you using a pool level pageflow) ? How are configured their actor (click on a task, general tab, actors section) ? How is configured your actor mapping (click on the pool, and click on the configure button aside of the run button in the icon menu) ?
