I have problems with XOR gateway, when I run the process does not respect my condition and appears to be a message sent to my inbox but not routed to the next task someone can tell me where I'm wrong and can help me please

Your Xor Gateway have 2 ways of exit I wonder. Have you tried to set one as your default path and the other one with a condition like '1==2' (which means it would never take that path) ?
I would start my tests with something that obvious and see if it follows the default path.
