Process Monitoring Performance

There is a project for a bank and they want to use BonitaBPM, the process will deal with a lot of cases and they fear that monitoring these processes will impact the server performances making it slow, so they plan to replicate the BonitaBPM database and use that database to monitor the processes so, the question is, is there a way to make the portal to monitor that database instead? or is there a way to avoid slow performance in the server while monitoring the different cases and tasks...?

Someone marked it up as a question, I've marked it back down to zero as the question is lacking in detail and real thought.

A bank should purchase the subscription model for which it can then get dedicated support for issues like this.

As it is the idea of replicating the database to monitor live cases is completely wrong. You will end up doing continuous replication before even doing the monitoring...

The thing that would help here is clustering of both databases and application servers. It also depends on what you call monitoring, state to state or value orientated? Process Monitoring or Business data Monitoring. So much to consider.

Putting the databases onto SSD datastore will limit performance issues, and caching of data in memory will help for indexes. But this requires good DBA knowledge of the underlying database...

Need much more detail to give any real informed answer.
