Text field widgets

hi, I have I'm using an ArrayList to HashMap. I have a query in the database that returns the name, number and protocol, when I get that information from the database connector is placed on a table in form. In my connector, I created a data type "java object" class: java.util.List. In the output operator, within the database connector we report this data and then add the Groovy expression:

Then I will add the three text field widgets, each with a value, name, number

How can I do this?
