cant get mysql to read a list

Using Bonita 7.0.2

Mysql works great locally from dos command line,

But this gives error:

What am I doing wrong. It says it can't find constructor?

I'll be honest I don't use Evaluate, it is near useless. In theory it should work, but, run the process and get a real log and see what that says.

Oh, yes, where is your port number? mySQL uses 5432 unless you've changed it...
