File Uploading to File Manager

Hi,

I see that files currently uploaded goes into document table as blob data. I would like to upload the same file to an AWS s3 bucket or a dedicated file server. Attaching more and more files would increase the document table. What are available tools have you integrated so far for managing files externally? Can you provide me a guideline in your documentation where I can do such integration please?

Hi Sujith,

Bonita offers indeed different options to work with documents. Please have a look to the following page in the documentation.

If you are working with large documents we recommend to connect Bonita with an external Content Management System. Here is a dedicated webinar with the details on how to combine Bonita with a CMS system through the native CMIS standard connector.
