Form buttons (Submit, add, remove) not displayed in Engine
Dear all,
I have created my application which is working perfectly in the studio, but when I input into Engine I cannot get the buttons displayed in the forms..
The link widget are working fine, but as soon as I choose button (I need button to add/remove items) to a collection, the button is not displayed on the online form.. Instead there is just a small grey square which does not produce any action when I click on it.
Please help! Thanks in advance.

In the Engine log you can spot the following line: Table not found: ORDERITEM
I guess that OrderItem is one of your business object you define using Bonita BDM feature.
In Bonita Studio, several deployment operations (towards the embedded test environment) are performed automatically for example when you click on the run button or when you create a BDM definition.
When deploying on an external (i.e. outside of Bonita Studio) server you need to perform such operations manually (or automatically using Bonita Continuous Delivery module). One of such operation is to deploy the BDM. For detailed step by step instructions about BDM deployment see the section "Export the BDM for deployment" on the following documentation page.
