I know how to use bonita studio develop a process and deploy to test env. but how to deploy a process to remote bonita runtime. thanks

You can do it through the Bonita portal of your runtime -> https://documentation.bonitasoft.com/bonita/7.11/processes
Or using a REST API -> https://documentation.bonitasoft.com/bonita/7.11/bpm-api#toc27
