How I can do parallel pools?

Hi, I'm new using this program and after reading a lot of documentation I can not find solution to my problem: I need to insert parallel "pools" as in the image attached. Someone can tell me how?

I need do this Thanks!

Hi, if you want to launch parallel pools, you can launch signals instead of messages. You have to catch the signal code in the pools you want to start at the same time.
