Software download issue - firewall

I am on win-7 behind a corporate firewall on a 64bit machine. I have tried on both IE-9 and Chrome-39. When I click download, it says, "password generated for you" and at the bottom it says "waiting for blah.source.webblah.com", but nothing downloads.

I have downloaded a gazillion of things over the years from VisualStudio to Eclipse. What am I doing wrong?

Can you upload a screenshot of the error message to a website such as imgur.com and shared the link here?

Also you might want to get in touch with your IT department as they might suggest some workaround or provide more details about what is leading to this issue.

lets assume for a moment that "eventually" I will be successful at downloading bonitasoft.

Q: Can you point me to an example of how I would access a webservice using bonitasoft.

That I could show my boss.
