Why won't Bonita start up once i have clicked on it?

So far i have downloaded and uninstalled Bonita a few times but i keep having the same problem of the program not starting up. I have even installed the newest version of java. When I do try to start the program i get two error messages,

First one is:

Entry point not found

The procedure entry point ucrtbase.abort could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll.

The second one is:

Failed to load the JNI shared library

“C:\Users\Angela\Downloads\Bonita\jre\bin\client\jvm.dll”.

If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated, thank you.

Hello,

It's seem this is an environement issue. Which server (windows, linux...) ? Which JVM (JDK 1.8, open JDK..). For example, you need a JDK, not a JRE.
