If you use several JDK versions on your computer, you might want to force the Studio to use a specific version. You can have several versions of the JDK installed in your system at the same time, for example: the latest Oracle JDK 11.0.6 set as your system's default version, for all applications to use (except the Bonita Studio 7.10.4) OpenJDK 11.6 (jdk-11) for the Bonita Studio 7.10.4.
Do you need to purge your archived process instances? Our R&D team has built the ideal tool for you: the Bonita-purge-tool.
This purge tool will delete selected archived process instances together with their data, tasks and documents.
"But it is similar to the ‘delete’ method of the Bonita API. What will I gain?"
This tool performs better than the API equivalent, and you can decide to delete all processes instances older than a defined date.
Our latest maintenance version Bonita 7.10.3 is now available for download, replacing previously planned 7.10.2 to include a fix to the following issue : BS-19464 "Cannot instantiate/execute a process with a Business Object with Oracle and Tomcat bundle, or restart the BPM services after installing a BDM"
Bonita 7.9.5 has also been released including the same fix.
There is a known compatibility issue with these versions of Bonita and Oracle. If you plan to connect Bonita with Oracle please use the maintenance version 7.10.3. Otherwise, you can follow our support's advice to take precautions.
