Application in Production

Hi
I built an application from Travel Request example successfully and it runs well.
I exported it (and also application page, organization and forms) and imported all of them in Bonita Production.
But when I run this application in Production portal, the first application page appears and by clicking on Create new travel request button nothing happens and the page stays ready!
What is wrong?

have you checked the logs?

what do they say?

The process and its forms are in Bonita BPM 7.2.0 examples and I built the page, application, and imported organization:
