BDM Blank page in Bonita 7.9

We install Bonita 7.9 tomcat bundle on server with OS Linux 7.6

when I logged in with the technical user (install) and then click on BDM tab, the page is empty (blank) while all other tabs(BPM , Organizations ) opened normally

When we install Bonita 7.9 tomcat bundle on server with OS Linux 7.4 , it is working fine and BDM tab opened normally

Is the problem may be related to Linux version due to compatibility issue between Bonita 7.9 & OS Linux 7.6 ? or it is related to other issues?

as we have restriction in our company to work on Linux version 7.6 and it is compatible with Bonita 7.9 as per the specs

Hi Admed,

Have you tried to clean your browser cache and cookes, or try to open it in a private new window? You can also try to open Bonita portal in a new browser.

Hi Ahmed,

There is no known limitation regarding the compatibility between Bonita and Linux (I assume here you are referring to Red Hat Linux).

As suggested could you please empty your Web Browser cache and let us know if it solves the issue.

If not, could you please have a look to the bonita.log files in your tomcat bundle and let us know if some errors are reported there.
