Bonita Studio unable to connect to SQL Server

I'm running Bonita 6.5 with JBoss 7 and SQL Server 2008 R2 on Windows 8

If I to into the Portal and create a new user, I can go to the database and check. Everything works fine. But when I do it from the Studio, say for example I try to publish an organization it says "Organization publish successfully", but the database user_ table is empty and for example if I try to run a Diagram I get a pop up error on the portal saying that the process XXX does not exists.

When using Portal you have to configure it correctly first, import an organization (it doesn't come with one), and then import your processes...
