Bonitasoft Capabilities

I am wondering if Bonitasoft has the capability to work with our order management software, osticket system, chat software, and other infrastructures we already have in place. Looking for a solution to have an all-in-one location to deal with separate/ non-communicative applications.

How would I determine if Bontiasoft has this ability? Is there a demo video or other resource that can demonstrate this type of feature?

Hello,

Bonita is a very extensible platform and you can connect either through connectors or REST APIs as long as your systems declare public APIs. you can also connect to other systems through database.

Bonita can then play the orchestrator role between your different systems.

Notifications
