Cómo instalar Bonita en un servidor ?

Bonita Community 7.2.1 y 7.1.3

Quiero instalar Bonita en un portátil con Windows ( como servidor) .

Funciona con la siguiente configuración:

 1.- Instalar Bonita Studio en el portátil con Windows ( el que voy a usar de servidor ) .
 2.- Iniciar Estudio y compilar el Proceso .
 3.- Exportar el proceso compilado en .bar
 5.- Iniciar el Portal e instalar el .bar
 6.- Habilitar el proceso .
 7.- Mantener abierto el Estudio (para mantener abierto el Tomcat interno) .

( Utilizo el Tomcat interno y la base de datos H2 que trae por defecto ).

Entonces , desde otro ordenador portátil , el cual puede ver el servidor , con la ip del servidor abro un navegador ( servidor_ip : 8080 / Bonita) se abre el Portal y puedo ejecutar el proceso . Pero estoy seguro de que hay otras maneras de hacer esto . ¿Alguien sabe los pasos para poder hacerlo de otra manera? .

Excluding the Laptop idea, everything else seems fine, what is your problem?

You should use a full time server for the portal...

Install Bonita on a server, check
Execute, check
Upload processes, check
Users access the server, check

What else do you need?

The only other thing I can see is using a different database for Bonita and the BDO. Otherwise everything else seems OK.

It looks like from what you are saying you are using STUDIO PORTAL as your front end to your users, this is not the right way to do it.

You have to create a new server with Bonitasoft PORTAL on it and point your users to it.

Have a look here http://documentation.bonitasoft.com/?page=_installation and the sub-chapters for more information.

To download the Tomcat bundle do the following:

go to http://www.bonitasoft.com/downloads-v2
click on the link Customize your download which is under the big red Download Button
click tab PRODUCTION (yes it works though it doesn't look like a tab)
select the version you want to use, Tomcat, JBoss etc. unbundled Portal Only
Install and use
Make sure you export from Studio and import to Portal your processes.

hi,
Download the tomcat bundle version, but how do you install it?
If I run bonita-start.bat is closed only, how to install the service to run alone?
