Create mysql connection in Windows with community 7.0.3 and 7.1 gives me the error: org.bonitasoft.console.common.server.utils.DefaultTenantIdException

I have followed the documentation to setup Bonitasoft's bundle to use mysql, but when I go to http://localhost:8080/bonita/portal/homepage I see a big red dot with the number 500 and the message "org.bonitasoft.console.common.server.utils.DefaultTenantIdException" instead of the portal page

i am not even able to publish the organization. also when run button is clicked it goes on and on and on and shows after a longtime that tomcat cannot be launched. what can be done to launch tomcat successfully ?
