Custom user table

Hello!!!

I have a question, i need to make the process works with a custom user table.

i create a table with 3 columns, called users

userinit, userreview1, userreview2

So, i log in with the userinit, and thats make the next step only can be review by the userreview1, doesn't matter if i have others reviewers, thats because i log in with the user init.

Anybody know how can i do to the process work with this table or in the case that is not posible, is there anything that can i configure to make the process work with something like that.

I have look on a lots of documentations and pages and i haven't found how make this works on that way.

Hope my explanation works for you to understand what i need to do.
