As error 500 is an issue on server side can you share Bonita Engine log file? If you are running the process in Bonita Studio this log file is available from the help menu. Thanks.

Hello

Guess we have a similar issue here.

First of all, we started with 7.3.x then migrated to 7.9.4 (development environment) throught migration script.

Now, I did notice two things:

- Our process cases, even reaching it's normal end, used to stay with State: started in Portal. Now, it stays with State: completed.

- Once the case reach it's ending, it's archived. Then, when I do click the archived case' previously uploaded documents, it throws me an error:

The requested content cannot be loaded.
Please try again later.

There goes a link with error log: https://gist.github.com/carrbrpoa/60113120362573d52762206dc62c8d26

Thanks in advance!

I managed to reproduce the issue and logged a ticket for it: https://bonita.atlassian.net/browse/BBPMC-568

Thanks for the report!

Thanks Antoine! By the way, you say in the ticket that affected version is >= 7.10.0, but our environment is with 7.9.4 installed from Docker image.

For issue reported by community members we always try to reproduce them on latest version available, this is why affected version is set to 7.10.0. But you are right, as you faced the issue on 7.9.4 I should have include this version as well.

Note that the issue is likely to be fixed in the next maintenance release (7.10.1) that should be available beginning of February.
