Differences and advantages between XML data type and Java Object?

If a process requires full information of a business object (from a company, an applicant data, profile of a person) in all seasons (human tasks) and further recommends that stores display the unique identifier of the business object. Which we recommend to use in this type of situation? a complex or a simple data information? in case of a complex data, would be an XML or Java Object? Should be a simple value, as it affects the performance you are getting nice information business object through any mechanism (query database, webservices, etc.)? That recommendation would give me

Hello, At the moment, we can not answer to questions in other questions than English and French. COuld you please rewrite your question ? By the way, I can tell that we are working on a spanish corner, it will come soon.
