Disable an APP and Enable it again

In this moment im using BonitaSoft Community version 6.3.7. I tried tu disable an app, and the i tried to enable it again, but when i enable the app again it doesn't allow to start a new flow. I selected the app and i pressed the button start then it sent me to the firefox explorer and then stops and send the message "The information has been submitted. " and the message "No task available for this case".

How can I make it work again?
