Do it button (Bonita 7.6.2 Community)

I create a form using the dummy info from your getting started documentation. Once I click run to run the form and fill it out, it goes to the Bonita app under Walter. When I change it to Helen to view the request, the submit button does not submit my approve or refuse decision. Therefore, when I log in as William Jobs, the option does not appear for me to Do It under the Manager Review. Only the More... button appears. I double checked the configuration and I made sure it changed from walter.bates to helen.kelly. I clicked run and typed in info. I changed user to william.jobs. the manager screen did not show up automatically like on the video. It only showed up is I changed the user to administrator. At that pooint the Do it button still did not appear on the screen. What should I do to fix the problem?
