Do users are able to save the configuration process of the Portal in order to DO NOT repeat it after login out?

Hello,

  • When you say "configuration process", do you mean parameters, actors and so on of a process?
  • Could you provide the step by step procedure of what you are doing (edit configuration, login/logout, etc.)?

by configuration process I mean settings for each user.
Once I log out and use another account to login, the settings do not save.
Is it possible to adjust somehow?

A process configuration is not user-specific. If you want to keep track of user-specific settings it is possible to store them as Business Data and leveraged them as part of any process though.
