Double/Parallel tasks created in a workflow
We use Bonita community 7.3.2 as a backend for a Java app. We have a production issue where it seems a workflow that has a series of tasks to be performed by different people, has recorded double tasks for two of the people. this is causing the next person in the flow, who has correctly performed his one task, to be recorded as having an incomplete task. The workflow sends reminder emails to people who have incomplete tasks, and an email went out today.
Has anyone seen this situation? The Bonita web interface records the workflow as complete, and I don't see the tasks in the task list. But I think they are somewhere in the Bonita server.

Could you share the picture of your process and point on the diagram which task is recorded twice? It may help understand what is happening.
As an additional question, how do you implemented the periodic email notification? It may also help to understand why you receive a notification for a task that is not listed on Bonita portal.

It looks like it was actually a problem in our Java app, and there are actually two separate Bonita cases where there should be one. I think Bonita is actually behaving correctly after all. Thanks for the help!
