Error downloading document | Bonitasoft Community

Hello,

I use link widget to download the document, in the url using fx I isnert "../API/" + $item.url (list of documents). So 90% of files are downloaded, but .msg files never download, it says 500 internal server error, also some excel files have problem too.

Can anyone help with this ?

Hi,are you sure these files saved in the database? Did you check database or processe?
