"Getting started tutorial"-Second form of the created application does'nt appear

Hi everybody,
I've done all steps written in the tutorial.
After creating the application and clicking on URL, I click on the link "create new travel request". I can submit a new request.
After submitting, I log in as a reviewer to review the created request. In this step, I can see the task but I cannot see the associated form("Review travel request") for filling out. I can click on +Add Comment in the Commets section but I cannot see the fields Review Decision, Refusal Reason,...

Do you have any idea, what the reason could be?

I did a test with your process and I can successfully review the request submit by walter bates using helen kelly account.

Which user are you using to create the request? Which one to review the request? Can you share a screenshot of your web browser when you try to review the request?

The request is created by Helen Kelly and should be reviewed by her Manager, William Jobs. William cannot see Refusal reason and Review decision fields.

This one is the BEST answer!

In order to be able to perform a task you need to be in the "User" view of the Portal (see the drop down list in the upper right corner next to the user name). On the screenshot you shared I can see that you are in the "Administrator" view.

So if you are logged in with the William Jobs account and in "User" view you should be able to perform the task.

Hello Antoine,
What is about update of the Travel tool-Page?
How can this page be updated? (Right now are the list of "My pending requests" and "My approved requests" both empty ).
