How to change basic look and fill of forms for whole process

i m using bonita 6.2.6 community . i just want to do following changes by default in forms :

  1. label always in left side of respective fields
  2. text field height 20 px

how to achive it by default

when you are on the form editor, click on the widget, then, on the "Appearance" tab. Please have a look at this screenshot

If you really want to change the look and feel, you can edit the template or the css directly in the resources:
