how to keep the application form on when logging on as a user?

Hi,

Maybe my question quite confusing, but I just want to ask I have created a form for a client and it's working fine, but when I run it, it works fine and I can fill the form then submit it to go to junior staff. However, my question how to make the form available after I have submit it the first one, or to make it available in client page when I login directly from login page without running it.
