How to Save the Data on a form in an Excel Sheet

Hi
I have designed a Custom Page . I have used multiple Text boxes, repeatable containers, custom CSS to style the Text boxes and labels.
Now my requirement is need to save the same data in an Excel sheet.
The excel sheet will be saved as a reference of the request.

please suggest what are the ways to do the same.
I do not necessarily need to save in Excel. I can use other formats like pdf .
Also please keep in mind , i have multiple repeatable Containers. Also multiple textboxes.

All suggestions will be appreciated.
