Invalid entry form mapping and getting "BonitaStudioWorkbenchAdvisor.repositoryAccessor" error

Hi

I'm using Bonita Community 7.8.4 , Suddenly mapping form for a task was disappear and get this error "Invalid entry form mapping".

After closing Bonita, it didn't open again, because this error : "BonitaStudioWorkbenchAdvisor.repositoryAccessor"

I focred to revert my changes on git and open previous version that it works and successfully run. Then, I just adding display name for a task and want to run it that the error appear again: "Invalid entyr form mapping"!!!

This time the error appear for all user task that have any form and overview page!!!

What happens???!!! I can't understand!
