Javascript for Expression editor & connector

Hello,

Is javascript planned to be added as a language that can be used in the expression editor (Groovy script editor) and create connectors ?

Hello,

Expression editor is used to write code that is executed on the server-side, by the engine. Connectors are executed by the engine on the server-side, as well. JavaScript is a client-side scripting language and it cannot be used for the purpose that you describe above. JavaScript can be used to write scripts in the forms, in order to control the browser and alter the content of the forms and you can already use it for such a purpose in Bonita BPM.

Nop, JavaScript is also a server-side scripting with great success since the last few years. Apparently, you missed very huge things in development landscape lately which is an excellent news in itself as it means you will do great discoveries and maybe you will like/love some of them. The question is still valid for someone else to answer if interested.
