license expiration

Hello, I have a commercial question, maybe this isn´t the right place, but I don’t know other, my question is: If I paid a subscription pack for a year or two, I created my processes, deployed them in production, and after that, I don’t want or can´t keep paying the subscription, next year when mi license expired my studio and my server stop working? I lose everything, or only lose the support and the right to new versions? Thanks in advance
