merge two or more tasks and make new task

Hi,
I will explain my question using Getting started example "Travel APP"
suppose if we have several approved Travel Requests from employees and all approved Tasks send to Travel Manager, then Travel Manager should make new Tasks from combining several Tasks and Send gate pass to gate manager.
So i need to merge several tasks and make new task.

I need solution to use in community edition without using REST API functions.
